Our Structure

The purpose of Hatchet Lake Development Limited Partnership (HLDLP) is to organize and manage investments, business activities, and labour force deployment on behalf of the Hatchet Lake Denesuline First Nation (HLDFN). The HLDFN, as represented by Chief and Council, is the Limited Partner of Hatchet Lake Development LP. The General Partner is the Hatchet Lake Denesuline First Nation Economic Development Corporation (HLDFNEDC). The General Partner operates and manages the business on behalf of the Partnership.
